By downloading, installing, or using Mindleaf ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Mindleaf is a stress-relief breathing app that provides guided breathing exercises matched to emotional states. The App is available in a free tier and a paid Pro subscription tier.
You may use the App as a guest without creating an account. To access certain features (history sync, Pro subscription), you must create an account with a valid email address.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly (£4.99/month) or annually (£39/year). All subscriptions include a 7-day free trial.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings.
Prices may change with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect.
Refund requests are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

Mindleaf is a wellness tool, not a medical device. The breathing exercises provided are based on established techniques but are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified healthcare professional or your local emergency services. The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
All content in the App — including animations, soundscapes, text, design, and code — is owned by Mindleaf and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content from the App without our written permission.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes all your data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
Mindleaf is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
